Polestar Pilates.

How a national pilates brand turned organic search into their dominant class-booking channel.

The challenge.

Polestar was scattered across multiple location pages with weak internal linking and thin content. The brand competed with a flood of new pilates studios, each one fighting for search real estate. Their website ranked, but the traffic was low-intent: mostly brand searches and generic "pilates near me" queries that didn't convert to bookings.

They needed to own their category — not just show up for local queries, but become the obvious choice for serious practitioners researching methodology and class style.

What we did.

We consolidated their location pages into a hub-and-spoke model, built out authority content around pilates methodology, class types, and instructor philosophies. Every piece of content was designed to answer pre-purchase research — the questions someone asks before they call.

We layered in location-specific content that made it clear Polestar had depth across their service areas. Class booking intent keywords came into focus. Internal linking was rebuilt so authority flowed to the pages that actually drove conversions.

The results.

Six months in, organic traffic climbed to over 3× the baseline. More importantly, enquiry quality improved — visitors were pre-educated about pricing and class styles before contacting.
